TYRE EQUIPMENT

TYRE TROLLEYS

Stainless steel tyre trolley
Convenience and quality come together in the design and manufacture of our wheel and Tyre Trolley, very practical for transport in the pit and paddock areas, or for storage back at the workshop.
Demountable tyre friendly round cross beams reduce the time needed for disassembly after the race. The special design of the trolley is allowing to take apart very quickly and to disassemble to very practical shape for transport, you can even stack 5 trolleys on each other.
Two fixed and two fully-rotating locking & braking castor wheels are designed for strength and ease of movement around the pits, paddock and workshop. Wheels are made from cast aluminium, very high load index.
Manufactured from high grade stainless steel with brushed finish for better grip.
Accessories: bolt on cage for 2 air cylinders and air lance or wheel gun holder.

AIR BOTTLE TROLLEYS

Stainless steel bottle trolleys

If you're moving and handling high-pressure air cylinders, you need a purpose-built trolley. We've designed our air cylinder trolleys to be manoeuvrable and easy to use, built in the Czech Republic from highest quality stainless steel. The original air cylinder trolley is perfect for transporting air cylinders around the workplace, while our benefit is lightweight body and all the accessories on demand.

Single bottle trolley
Designed to be very easy manoeuvrable. On demand can be delivered including the air lance or wheel gun holder (easy to screw on to the side of the trolley). High quality aluminium wheels, very high load index. Including the M50 nut to bolt the air pressure regulator. Upgrade to twin bottle trolley is more than easy: do you just buy second single bottle trolley, unscrew one wheel, fit it together using the screws for fitting the air lance or wheel gun holder. That’s it.

Twin bottle trolley
Designed to be very easy manoeuvrable. On demand can be delivered including the air lance or wheel gun holder (easy to screw on to the side of the trolley). High quality aluminium wheels, very high load index. Including the M50 nut to bolt the air pressure regulator. When needed, then you can you can very easy way unscrew one single bottle trolley to achieve two single trolleys. Just unscrew at the central upright and fit second wheel on each unit.

A clever transport unit for wheels and tires, designed for either 8 tires or 4 complete wheels.
The Wheel Trolley® has a load capacity of 120 kg/ 265 lbs and has a number of indispensable features for the workshop:

Storage of wheels during mechanical work
Transport of wheels from the auto lift to tire changer
Storage of customer wheels
compatible with various items of lifting and transport equipment

Wheel trolley XL

To accommodate the transport of large wheels, we have allowed the regular Wheel Trolley® to increase in diameter.
Wheel Trolley® XL is suitable for the transport of 4x4 wheels, van wheels and other larger wheels.
The XL model is indispensable for the handling and transport of large and extra-heavy wheels in the workshop.

Special features of the Wheel Trolley® XL:

Measures 800 mm/ 31.4 inch in diameter
Max load is 250 kg/ 552 lbs

Wheel trolley OFF ROAD

To meet the needs of transporting medium sized wheels we have created a variant with a size between the regular and the XL Wheel Trolley®.
We call it he Wheel Trolley Off Road.
The Off Road version is fitted with extra-large casters - to make the transportation on uneven surfaces easier - for instance across courtyards etc.
Wheel Trolley® Off Road is suitable for the transport of both normal sized wheels and larger wheels such as 4x4 wheels and van wheels.

Special features of the Wheel Trolley® Off Road:

Measures 700 mm/ 27.6 inch in diameter
Max load is 180 kg/ 400 lbs

ELECTRONIC LED PIT BOARD

Main advantages:
• BIGGEST FONT on the market
• ONLY ONE led pit board that is open to operate in full automatic mode with your actual race software (RaceCTRL, HH Timing, PaceTeq)
• WIFI connection
• 4.3 trillions colours
• Special adaptor to use the pitboard also on circuit with different direction (Left or Right)

Our pit board is much lighter (19kg), slimmer, but the most important is: output of the led unit is much higher, software is much more easier to command and is much more reliable.

We use approx. 10.000 leds, competitors approx. 1.000 leds resolution.

We sell only one model, the best one. For one price. Full BMP graphics Colours (8 is basic, but you can have 4.4 trillions colour shades when needed any special). Wi-FI connection (very, very strong signal range impact), cable connection as a backup. Any RAL colour of the body.

Absolutely waterproof.

Optionals/Accessories:

Electronic drive sliding system mechanism (manual sliding as the backup) is up on demand.

Small flight case just for the led board, or big flight case which is the holder/stand of the sliding mechanism at the same time.

Racing software integration:

We have signed the cooperation with Trackside Software Company, here will be a new function in RaceCTRL in order to automatically drive the SODA electronic led pit board. RaceCTRL will be able to detect when the car is approaching the pit straight, select and calculate the data to be sent, send them and open the pitboard.

We are proud to announce strategic partnership with TRACKSIDE SOFTWARE that intends to develop the best race software. SODA RACING EQUIPMENT does the same with motorsport pit equipment. It was natural to sign a partnership.
The first step is a new functionnality in RaceCTRL in order to automatically drive the SODA electronic led pit board.

RaceCTRL is able to detect when the car is approaching the pit straight, select and calculate the data to be sent, send them and open the pitboard.

RaceCTRL main topics:
- detects when your car is approaching the pit straight,
- selects the batch of data to be sent depending on where your car is in the stint,
- transfers it and opens the pitboard

A light version of RaceCTRL, with this new functionnality, is provided for free to customers using a SODA pitboard.

Walling System

SEAMLESS WALLING SYSTEM
An innovative paneling system with hidden profiles providing a larger, seamless workspace and ensuring an integrated image design appearance.
These new panels are two sided and are completely smooth and ready to be vinyl cladded or painted. Profiles/corners with 30, 100 or 300 mm radiuses are fitted on interior and exterior corners to smooth the appearance of the edges.

LED PANELS
A pit garage is also an excellent platform for increasing the visibility of sponsors by creating a design that combines the diverse brands that form part of a team and incorporating them in an effective, stylish way.
Development that we offer in our pit garages is LED technology, which is implemented for every customer.
We usually use it to highlight logo signs, to demarcate the space perimeter and we also incorporate it into the pit garage lamps, thus enhancing the ambient lighting, an essential feature in this sector.

We design each LED number logo individually for each customer using latest generation materials. All LED panels can be synchronized with a control system, creating effects for the pit garage style.
Not only that we can design numbers, but we can also design shapes and logos and any bespoke solution of customer demand.

DRIVER PANELS
We build our pit garage interiors using an innovative panel system that creates a seamless wall effect.
This state-of-the-art work method adapts perfectly to all kinds of designs as it can be transformed into a wide variety of shapes, house all manner of vinyl signs, and even technological gadgets, such as television screens, can be embedded into it.

An extensive range of products and options are available to choose from to fit out the pit garage in order to guarantee that the outcome is a functional, visually-appealing space.

POWERHOOD
A one-piece cast body forming a seamless surface area.
Developed for connecting pneumatic quick release couplings, electrical power and data outlets, displays, clocks, cameras, etc.
Supplied in flight cases for transportation and storage.
The powerhood is fabricated using the thermoforming manufacturing process.
Graphic design can be implemented to fully tailor the model to customer requirements, paint and vinyl finishes.

PIT PERCH / PIT WALL STANDS

We fabricate pitlane stands tailored to our customers’ discipline or category that are made from light,resistant materials: aluminum, composite, sandwich panels, stainless steel,
polycarbonate parts, etc.
We fit them out with TV screens,ventilation systems,power and data outlets, drawers,canvas protective enclosures and seats.
We also create wraps, displaying team and sponsor logos, and design and digitally print them.
All the materials are delivered in a flight case for their transportation and storage and each part has its own padded bag.
